Brian P. Fowler, P.Geo. President, Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. Fowler is a founding director of BCGold Corp and in January 2007 was appointed to President and CEO. Mr. Fowler is also Chairman of the Board for Laurentian Goldfields Ltd. Mr. Fowler has completed financings of more than $5.2 million in non-brokered private placements. Mr. Fowler has over 26 years experience as an explorationist, working for junior, mid-tier and major mining companies on a global basis. Prior to becoming an officer of BCGold Corp, Mr. Fowler was a Mining Consultant with Quest Capital Corp.'s management group. In this role Mr. Fowler identified and evaluated exploration and mining investment opportunities for Quest Capital Corp. and associated companies. During the period May 2004 to November 2005, Mr. Fowler was Exploration Manager for Quadra Mining Ltd., where he oversaw advanced and pre-feasibility exploration projects in Chile and Peru. Prior to this, Mr. Fowler worked in a variety of technical and exploration managerial roles for Placer Dome Inc. based out of Kamloops and Vancouver, B.C. for a period of 13 years. Mr. Fowler holds a B.Sc. (Special) in Geology (1981) from the University of Alberta. 

 Larry M. Okada, CA, CPA (Wash.) Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Okada is a Chartered Accountant in British Columbia (1976) and Alberta (1989) as well as a Certified Public Accountant in Washington State (2000). He has been in public practice with Deloitte's, his own firm, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for over 35 years. For the past 32 years, the majority of Mr. Okada's clients have been public mining companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He sits on various committees with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. 

Kim C. Casswell, Corporate Secretary

Ms. Casswell has been the Corporate Secretary of several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange since 1994. Ms. Casswell has played a key role in the growth of these companies and is familiar with regulations governing public companies in several jurisdictions. Ms. Casswell will devote the time necessary to fulfill all of BCGold’s corporate reporting requirements.
 

Serge Tremblay, D.E.C, GIS / Data / Graphics Specialist

Mr. Tremblay joined BCGold Corp. in January, 2007 and has over 30 years of experience in specialized graphic design and data management in the mining industry. Prior to this Mr. Tremblay was a graphic design consultant to the junior mining industry in Vancouver, B.C. for 7 years. From 1989 to 1999 Mr. Tremblay worked for various divisions at Placer Dome Inc.; the resource estimation group (REG) in Vancouver, Placer Dome Canada (PDC) where he was involved in the feasibility study of the Musselwhite project and at the Val d’Or exploration office. From 1979 to 1989 Mr. Tremblay was employed by SOQUEM (Société Québécoise d’Exploration Minière) as a draft person, involved in the manual generation of sections and plans of all types of mineral data information. In 1976 Mr. Tremblay began his career in the mining industry by working at the Louvem mine in Val d’Or as a draft person for 3 years. In this role he was responsible for drafting all underground and drilling information as well as the verification of polygonal resource estimates.  

Kimberly Williams,  B.A.Sc., Corporate Communications Advisor  

Ms. Williams previously held the position of Assistant Vice President at Endeavour Financial Ltd. (“Endeavour”), a financial advisory firm focused on the mineral resource industry. Her responsibilities at Endeavour involved assisting clients with the implementation and closing of corporate transactions, the coordination and management of equity financings, as well as managing public company administration and regulatory compliance. Ms. Williams has over 15 years of experience in the financial and legal services industry, specifically in the resource mining sector. Prior to joining Endeavour, Ms. Williams held Corporate Communications positions with various junior public companies in the resource mining sector.
