Darren O’Brien, B.Sc., P. Geo.

Mr. O’Brien has over 20 years’ experience in the mineral exploration industry. He was Vice President, Exploration for BCGold Corp. from 2011 - 2014 and prior was Vice President, Exploration for Terrane Metals Corp. (acquired by Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. in 2010). Previous to that Mr. O’Brien worked for Placer Dome Inc. as Senior Exploration Geologist in the Strategic Development Group. In this position he conducted evaluations on advanced stage projects in Central Asia, Alaska, the Caribbean, and Canada. He played a key role in the development of the Donlin Creek Project from an early stage exploration project to a multi-million ounce gold deposit. He has advanced several projects to positive production decisions, including Pueblo Viejo and Mt. Milligan. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. O’Brien conducted exploration in the Red Lake Camp, within and adjacent to the Campbell Mine, which is now a part of Goldcorp Inc.’s Red Lake Gold Mines Complex.

Robert Kendrick, P.Eng, AMP

Mr. Kendrick is a graduate of Harvard University (Advanced Management Program) and has over 50 years of experience in the mining industry. He held various positions at AMAX, including Vice President and General Manager of Mines, Vice President and Manager of Exploration, and Senior Vice President of Operations. He was also President and CEO of Monarch Resources Ltd., President of Tecknomiven, President of Mineven, and President of Protomin. He remains active within the industry and with the International Executive Service Corp. (IESC) in Argentina, Siberia, and Kazakhstan.

Randy Smallwood, P.Eng.

Mr. Smallwood is President and CEO of Silver Wheaton Corp. He is a founding member, having joined the Silver Wheaton group as an exploration geologist in 1993. Mr. Smallwood was instrumental to building Wheaton River/Goldcorp into one of the largest and most profitable gold companies in the world. He has numerous contacts in the mining industry within British Columbia, Mexico and South America. He has extensive experience in advanced stage project evaluation and acquisitions, feasibility studies and mine development.

Derek White, CA

Mr. White is President of KGHM International Ltd. and has over 22 years of financial experience in the mining and metals industry. He started his career in 1986 with Coopers & Lybrand LLC in Vancouver and Johannesburg. In 1992, he joined Impala Platinum Ltd. and held financial management positions in both mine operations in South Africa and metals trading in London. He joined Billiton International Metals BV in 1994, as part of the Gencor Ltd. acquisition team, and held executive financial positions in The Hague, London, and Toronto, where he was CFO of the Base Metals Division (formed after the acquisition by Billiton Plc of Rio Algom Ltd.). In 2003, he served as CFO of International Vision Direct Corp., an online contact lens retailer and winner of the 2003 Ernst & Young LLP - Pacific Region Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
