CARIBOU PROPERTY

VMS/SEDEX - GOLDSTREAM MINE AREA

The Caribou property is located approximately 47 km north of the community of Revelstoke, British Columbia. The region is renowned for volcanogenic massive (stratabound) copper-zinc sulfide and lead-zinc-silver (+/- gold) replacement-style mineralization. The Goldstream Mine, discovered by Noranda Mines Ltd. in 1974 is situated 6 km to the north of the Caribou property. Production from 1983 to 1996 totaled 2,224,387 tonnes yielding 26,228 kg of silver, 42 kg of gold, 78,270 tonnes of copper and 7,988 tonnes of zinc.

RAINBOW PROPERTY

SHEAR HOSTED GOLD - MT. MILLIGAN AREA

The Rainbow property is located 65 km west of the community of Mackenzie, British Columbia and 9 km south of the Mt. Milligan porphyry copper-gold deposit. The property covers a number of potentially mineralized extensional faults with associated east-northeast conductors as delineated by airborne surveys. The property is prospective for both epithermal gold and copper-gold porphyry mineralization.

TULLY PROPERTY

SHEAR HOSTED GOLD - PRINCETON AREA

The Tully property is located approximately 47 km west of the city of Kelowna, British Columbia. The area is readily accessed by logging roads and is located near Almaden Minerals Ltd.’s Elk property, which hosts a Measured and Indicated resource of 668,300 t grading 9.66 g/t gold and an Inferred resource of 1,317,200 t grading 4.91 g/t gold. The property is prospective for both mesothermal and epithermal mineralization.
